Summer Vegetable Stew 

onion

chicken broth

14- oz can corn, not drained

sage

tsp all-purpose seasoning

evaporated milk

cornstarch

Parmesan cheese

tomatoes

In a large stockpot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, potatoes, and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes, or until onions are translucent.

Stir in chicken broth. Cover and cook for 15 minutes, until potatoes and carrots are soft.

Add zucchini, tomatoes, corn, and seasonings. Heat for another 10-15, until mixture begins to boil.

Reduce heat and add all but 2 tablespoons of the evaporated milk. Mix remaining evaporated milk with cornstarch and stir until combined. Pour into the stew, stirring to mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Top with fresh diced cherry tomatoes &amp; a little shredded Parmesan cheese.

This kiddie favorite dish combines the rich flavor of beef, vegetable aromatics and the creamy tomato sauce, topped with a generous amounts of cheese.

Baked Macaroni Recipe

tbsp oil

pc onion, chopped

1⁄2 kg. lean ground beef

pc Knorr Beef Broth Cube, mashed

tbsp liver spread

kg store-bought spaghetti sauce

cheddar cheese

all purpose cream

½ kg macaroni, cooked al dente

mozzarella cheese, grated

Get your pan nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and throw in the onion and garlic. Add ground beef, cook until color changes before dropping the Knorr Beef Broth Cube. Once beef is cooked, add liver spread.

Pour the spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer until the sauce is thick.

You may now add the cheese at this point and simmer until the cheese melts and stir in the all-purpose cream for that creamy goodness.

Toss in the cooked macaroni, mix well with the sauce and just adjust the seasonings if necessary.

Transfer the pasta into a baking dish, top with grated mozzarella and bake in an oven or oven toaster until the cheese melts.

Add the quartered chicken, salt, bay leaves, and pepper. Add enough water to cover the chicken.

Bring to a boil until the chicken is tender. Strain and set aside to cool.

Shred the chicken using a fork or your fingers. Set aside.

Heat up a separate pan over medium high heat, add oil, and sauté the onions and garlic until the onions are soft and translucent. Add ginger and continue to sauté until fragrant.

Add the shredded chicken and sauté for a minute before adding the Knorr Chicken Cube dissolved in water and soy sauce.

Season to taste with Knorr Liquid Seasoning Original, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Now we’re ready to assemble the Chicken pastil. Take one banana leaf and place a cup of steamed rice on top  followed by half a cup of the seasoned shredded chicken. Wrap to form a parcel or pouch.

Repeat until there’s no more shredded chicken left.

Slow Cooker Swamp Potatoes

Add the potatoes, smoked sausage, and green beans to a 6-quart slow cooker.

Sprinkle with the ranch seasoning and Cajun seasoning.

Pour in the beef broth, then stir to coat the sausage and vegetables in the seasonings.

Add the butter, in 6 pieces, evenly on top of the vegetables.

Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork.

Serve immediately!
