Cream of Chicken Soup

chardonnay

boxed Herbed Stuffing Mix

Preheat oven to 350F.

Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray and place chicken at the bottom. Place one slice of cheese on each piece of chicken.

In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and the wine until smooth.

Pour wine mixture over the chicken.

Top with the dry stuffing mix.

Bake covered for 40 minutes. Remove cover and cook for another 20 minutes; or until stuffing is toasted and chicken is cooked through. Chicken can be tricky, so be sure to check doneness before eating.

Serve; spooning the extra wine/stuffing mix from the dish over the chicken. Enjoy!

Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts

swiss cheese ((Mozzarella works too))

mayonnaise

sour cream

parmesan cheese (divided)

tsp salt

tsp pepper

garlic powder

Rice

Preheat oven to 375.

Pat chicken dry and place in a greased 9x13 pan.

Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.

In a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread this over chicken and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 1 hour. Serve over rice if desired or serve alone.

chicken breasts (boneless, skinless, cooked)

Swiss cheese

red or white wine

can cream of chicken soup (10.5-ounce can)

box stuffing (6 ounce box)

butter (melted)

In a skillet pan fry chicken with olive oil or butter until done over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. About 8 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add chicken to a buttered baking dish. Place two slices of cheese on each piece of chicken.

In a bowl mix wine and cream of chicken soup. Pour mixture of chicken.

Top with stuffing and drizzle melted butter on top.

Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
