made this tonight and it was a hit with the whole family, i used a 3lb rump roast so adjusted the time a bit, i did 425 for 10 minutes and 325 for 1 hour and came out with a medium done roast, would have preferred medium rare so will probably do 45 min next time, but despite being a little more cooked then i would have liked it was still very tender and delicious! thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I will be working this in to my monthly dinner roatation :)
