(1/4 cup) plain flour

tsp all-purpose seasoning

chicken tenderloins

olive oil

cannellini beans, rinsed, drained

tomato, halved, deseeded, finely chopped

Lebanese cucumber, ends trimmed, finely chopped

coriander

lemon juice

tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Juicy and extremely tender turkey tenderloin coated with spices and baked. This easy small turkey tenderloin cooks in less than 30 minutes!

Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet in the oven on a middle rack and heat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). The skillet will heat along with the oven.

Using oven mitts, remove the skillet from the oven and add olive oil to the pan. Give the pan a swirl so that the oil coats the entire bottom.

Mix together the Italian seasoning, sage, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over both sides of the turkey and rub the spices in with your fingers.

Place the tenderloin in the skillet and using oven mitts, return the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove the skillet from the oven and using tongs, flip the turkey over. Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and continue roasting another 15 minutes. 

Remove the skillet from the oven. Add butter to the top of the turkey and cover the skillet with a large plate, a pan lid, or foil. Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before serving. The turkey is done when its internal temperature registers 165 degrees (74 degrees C) in the thickest part of the meat.

Remove the foil. Slice and spoon the butter sauce over the turkey. Enjoy hot.

Turkey tenderloin is juicy, extra tender and very flavorful! This oven roasted turkey tenderloin recipe is what you need for an easy, quick, and delicious meal that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Oven Roasted Turkey Tenderloin

thyme leaves

oregano

Preheat oven to 400˚F.

Mix together all spices and rub on all sides of the turkey tenderloin. Lay the turkey tenderloin on baking sheet. Cut butter into pats and place on top of the turkey.

Cook for 20-30 minutes, or until the turkey is done (165˚F internal temp). Time will vary based on size of the turkey tenderloin.

Good turkey recipe,  it comes out great.

*You mention chicken  in the prep ahead section though.

This is by far the easiest and best way to bake turkey tenderloins. The recipe calls for the perfect amount of seasonings which add so much flavor and they turned out so tender and my family loves it!  Highly recommended

surprised how easy to cook and how the taste isn't dry when watch temp to 165 and dry rub works great too.  on a restricted diet and this addition has made the world of difference to feel like having a regular satisfying meal (even when can't eat beef or chicken).  thanks Sue B

I bought Turkey Tenderloins for Easter. looking for something simple and an easy recipe.  I happened on this one and it worked out.  Sorry, I did not use your seasoning, but used Salt Free Dash, Garlic &amp; Herb.  The tenderloins were delicious and I was given the OK to make them again.  They were tender and juicy.

Very tasty- used a little extra butter and basted the loins thru the baking process. Will make again.

It's the best way to prepare tenderloins that I've found. Thank you
