The Melting Pot Fiesta Cheese Fondue Recipe

Tomato Salsa, store bought

Cheddar Cheese (freshly shredded)

Emmenthaler Swiss Cheese (freshly shredded)

Flour

Jalapeño (seeded and finely diced)

Bread

Pumpernickel Bread

Apples

Tortilla Chips

Prepare dippers. Set aside. Prepare dippers in advance, if desired. Cover and refrigerate, if preparing more than a few minutes in advance.

Prepare a double boiler.

Once water is boiling and top pot is hot, pour beer inside.

Add in salsa. Mix well.

Very slowly, add cheeses, stirring constantly, until you get the consistency that you desire.

Mix in 1/4 of a teaspoon jalapeño, more or less, to taste and heat preference.

Serve hot with prepared dippers.
