Crack Turkey Pinwheels

turkey deli meat

cream cheese (softened)

Ranch dressing

cheddar cheese (shredded)

bacon (cooked and chopped)

onions

flour tortillas (or 6 smaller tortillas)

In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Ranch, mix until smooth.

Stir in chopped bacon, and chopped green onions.

Spread in a generous layer over tortillas. Arrange 6 slices of turkey per tortilla.

Roll tortillas tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.

Crack Turkey Pinwheels Lunch Box

These easy turkey roll ups are filled with smoked turkey, swiss cheese, avocado and spinach, all wrapped up and sliced into pinwheels. The perfect easy lunch or party snack!

Turkey Avocado Roll Ups

tortillas

Avocado

lb thinly sliced smoked turkey

spinach leaves

Swiss cheese

bacon

Lay your tortillas flat. Spread 1/4 cup of Simply Avocado onto each tortillas.

Layer the turkey, spinach, Swiss cheese and bacon over 2/3 of the tortilla, leaving the last 1/3 with just the avocado on it.

Starting at the end with all the toppings, roll the tortilla tightly.

Slice into pinwheels and serve.

Turkey Pinwheels are a fun and easy spin on simple sandwiches, and the perfect recipe to make ahead for lunch meal prep or take to a party or potluck.

Turkey Pinwheels

cream cheese, softened (1.10)

Tbsp sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded (0.87)

pimento-stuffed olives, finely chopped (0.99)

Tbsp olive brine

garlic powder (0.05)

tsp black pepper (0.01)

flour tortillas (1.15)

9 ounces. package sliced turkey (4.99)

spinach (0.80)

Stir together the softened cream cheese, finely-shredded cheddar cheese, finely-chopped pimento-stuffed olives, olive brine, garlic powder, and black pepper until very well combined.

Lay the tortillas out flat. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each tortilla, coating the entire face evenly from edge to edge.

Arrange 3-4 slices of turkey along the center of the tortilla, overlapping them as little as possible to make an even layer, and leaving about ¼” of the cream cheese spread exposed on the top and bottom edges of the tortilla to help it stick together. Then add a single layer of spinach leaves on top of the turkey.

Starting with the edge closest to you, fold over the tortilla so it sticks, and then roll it up as tightly as possible, tucking in the fillings as you go.

With the seam side facing down, slice the roll into 1&quot; wide pieces.

Flip each pinwheel on its face, exposing the spiral, and transfer it to a serving platter or air-tight meal prep container. The pinwheels should hold together on their own, but if desired, you can insert a decorative toothpick into each.

These Turkey and Cheese Rolls Ups make the perfect school lunch, snack or appetizer idea. They are super easy to make in just 5 minutes and are so yummy. Skip the sandwich and whip up these Turkey Pinwheels instead!

Turkey and Cheese Roll Ups 

flour tortillas

deli turkey, sliced thin (I prefer oven roasted)

cream cheese,

cheddar cheese, shredded

yellow onion, finely diced

red bell pepper, finely diced

cumin

chili powder

garlic powder

paprika

onion powder

salt

black pepper

Into a large bowl, add in the cream cheese and spices and stir to combine.

Spread a few tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each flour tortilla.

Top with a few slices of turkey breast, then sprinkle with cheese, peppers and onions. Do not overfill or it will be difficult to roll up.

Tightly roll up each tortilla with plastic wrap to secure each roll up. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.

Cut off both ends (about 1 to 2 inches) of the turkey roll ups, so it is a perfect log shape.

Using a sharp knife, slice every 1.5 inches to create each pinwheel. *Note: Try not to push down to avoid flattening.

Perfect for the kiddos! They loved this one.
