These easy BLT Roll Ups with Turkey and Avocado are perfect for school lunch.

BLT Roll Ups with Turkey and Avocado

mayonnaise

turkey

taco-size low carb flour tortilla

(1 oz) Never Any! Oven Roasted Turkey

Romaine lettuce

tomato

oz avocado (1/4 small)

Organic mini cucumbers

carrot sticks

Organic strawberries and blueberries

Spread the mayo over the center of the tortilla, top with turkey, lettuce, tomato, bacon and avocado. Roll up the tortilla holding it together tightly with your fingertips. Trim the ends off then slice the roll into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife. Transfer to your bento box.

Optional, slice the cucumbers 1/2 inch thick then use small heart shaped cookie cutters to cut them. Fill the rest of the compartments of the bento box with carrot sticks, cucumbers and fruit.

These easy turkey roll ups are filled with smoked turkey, swiss cheese, avocado and spinach, all wrapped up and sliced into pinwheels. The perfect easy lunch or party snack!

lb thinly sliced smoked turkey

spinach leaves

Swiss cheese

Lay your tortillas flat. Spread 1/4 cup of Simply Avocado onto each tortillas.

Layer the turkey, spinach, Swiss cheese and bacon over 2/3 of the tortilla, leaving the last 1/3 with just the avocado on it.

Starting at the end with all the toppings, roll the tortilla tightly.

Slice into pinwheels and serve.

These Turkey and Cheese Rolls Ups make the perfect school lunch, snack or appetizer idea. They are super easy to make in just 5 minutes and are so yummy. Skip the sandwich and whip up these Turkey Pinwheels instead!

Turkey and Cheese Roll Ups 

flour tortillas

deli turkey, sliced thin (I prefer oven roasted)

cream cheese,

cheddar cheese, shredded

yellow onion, finely diced

red bell pepper, finely diced

cumin

chili powder

garlic powder

paprika

onion powder

salt

black pepper

Into a large bowl, add in the cream cheese and spices and stir to combine.

Spread a few tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each flour tortilla.

Top with a few slices of turkey breast, then sprinkle with cheese, peppers and onions. Do not overfill or it will be difficult to roll up.

Tightly roll up each tortilla with plastic wrap to secure each roll up. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.

Cut off both ends (about 1 to 2 inches) of the turkey roll ups, so it is a perfect log shape.

Using a sharp knife, slice every 1.5 inches to create each pinwheel. *Note: Try not to push down to avoid flattening.

Perfect for the kiddos! They loved this one.
