Place turkey tenderloins in a medium bowl or pan that is low and wide. Pour remaining brown sugar and mustard mixture over the top and turn tenderloins to coat completely. Cover bowl/pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate tenderloins for 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator, uncover, and let sit on counter while heating the grill.

Heat grill to high heat. Make sure grates are scrubbed clean and then oiled. (To oil the grates, add some canola oil to a small bowl. Then fold a heavy paper towel a few times to make a smaller square. With a tongs, grasp the folded paper towel and dip it into the oil until the paper towel is drenched. Then run the paper towel over the grates, repeating until all grill grates are thoroughly oiled.) Then turn heat down a bit, to medium-high. Place "beauty" side of each turkey tenderloin face-down on the grill grates. Sear for about 4 minutes, until there are beautiful charred grill lines. Using a metal turner, carefully turn each tenderloin over, taking care to not tear the turkey surface by gently working the turner to scrape and lift turkey from grates. Reduce heat to medium and grill for about 8 minutes. Rotate tenderloins on same side (don't flip them over - you want to preserve those pretty grill marks!) after 5 minutes. Then reduce heat to medium low and grill until internal temperature of thickest part of tenderloins reaches 160° F. Grill time should be about 40 minutes total, for tenderloins that weigh about 3/4 pound each. Adjust all times for tenderloins that are larger or smaller.

Baked Turkey Tenderloin with Garlic Herb Marinade

turkey breast tenderloins, about 1 pound each

apple cider vinegar

In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, garlic, seasonings, and 2 tablespoons of the olive oil until evenly combined. 2. Place the turkey in the bowl with the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight, to let the flavors infuse.

Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a cast iron or other oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Once hot, place the tenderloins in the pan, working in two batches if needed to prevent over-crowding. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.

Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes, or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the tenderloin registers 165 F.

Remove the turkey from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Served this to guests last night -- it was SO DELICIOUS!  I am not a fan of turkey, it always seems dry and tasteless. But this!  This was tender, moist and tasty!  Bonus -- it was so easy to prepare!!!  Everyone at my dinner table raved about it!  I will most definitely make this again and again!

I cooked to 95 degrees and it’s over cooked.  Really disappointed.  Big waste of time on a Sunday nite.

The marinade was so flavorful that no gravy was needed. And the turkey was very moist. I used a cast iron pan so next time I will either cook it at 350 deg or at 400 deg for 20 mins.

We have never written a review for a recipe.....but had to on this one! OMG,this was the BEST turkey we have EVER had,period! Tender,juicy,savory!!! We basically followed your recipe your to a 'T'.....except we did actually use about 2/3rds of the salt quantity and marinated it for about 1.5hrs prior to searing and then baking.

Homerun for Thanksgiving dinner and any other night of the week! I made this for our Thanksgiving meal instead of an entire turkey. I doubled the marinade recipe since I was making 2 packages (2 lbs each) of turkey tenderloin. I marinated all of the turkey overnight in the fridge. When I was ready to cook, I seared one pkg in the cast iron skillet then transferred to Instant Pot. I seared the 2nd pkg in the cast iron skillet, then put the skillet in the oven to finish per the directions in the recipe. Both turned out beautifully, but we agreed we liked the flavor of the oven-finished one slightly more than the Instant Pot. Definitely a keeper recipe!

I loved the way this came out - lots of flavor and very juicy.  My only problem is that it made such a mess on my stove and in my pan when searing it.  Any suggestions on how to cut down on the mess?

I had never made a turkey tenderloin before (and prefer dark meat), so I looked on the Jennie-o website for a recipe and found yours. I marinated the tenderloins  (I used dried herbs) for about 3 hours, then browned in a regular non-stick skillet and baked in my convection toaster oven on a foil-lined tray for about 25 minutes, then let it rest. It was indeed the juiciest, tastiest white turkey meat I think I've ever tasted! It smelled fantastic too.

Made it tonight and it’s very juicy and tasty. Will save this for thanksgiving later on this year. So good. Thank you for this recipe.

DEE-licious!! I cooked it in my Ninja non-stick pan (because I can't be trusted to properly care for cast iron), and before putting it in the oven, I poured the leftover marinade over the top of the turkey... MUAH!! Delish!

Thanks so much for this recipe and method of cooking a turkey tenderloin. Twice we've used Jenny O turkey tenderloin from Walmart delivery service (Yay!). When I make this, I marinate the tenderloins for a few hours. After browning in my cast iron skillet, I put some of the extra marinade on the chicken for more moisture before it goes into the oven. Cooking 30 minutes the tenderloins are over 165 degrees (175), so next time I'm going to test the meat temp. at a little less time. It's still moist and tender but perhaps could be even better! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! It's so fast, easy, and yummy, it will definitely be my go to method for cooking turkey!

I made this for dinner tonight with the following additions: to the marinade-1 tablespoon dill mix, 2 stalks chopped celery. After braising, I added carrot sticks to the remaining marinade and poured them next to the turkey, then arranged sweet potato medallions around the pan. Everyone loved it!

Absolutely delicious! The turkey was so moist it practically melted in my mouth and the flavoring was soooo good. I'll def be using this recipe again and again.

I love turkey and this is by far the absolutely best recipe for a moist and delicious turkey tenderloin! My boyfriend hates white meat poultry but ate a plateful and went back for seconds! Thank you! I followed recipe as written with the exception of marinating for 2 hrs prior to cooking (only because I forgot and got busy).

Roasted Turkey Tenderloin

oz Turkey tenderloin

sage

tbsp rosemary

Fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Preheat the oven to 350 and then season both sides of the tenderloin with dried sage, rosemary, salt and pepper, to taste.

Place the prepared turkey in a roasting pan and cover and then roast for approximately 40 minutes or until the juices run clear. Take out of roasting pan and place on cutting board.

Tent with aluminum foil and all the meat to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.  Slice the tenderloin into 1 1/2 to 2-inch slices and serve.

Sriracha Lime Slow Cooker Turkey Tenderloin

lime juice

honey

ginger

cornstarch

Place turkey tenderloins in the bottom of your slow cooker.

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup chicken stock, sriracha, lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and whisk together. Set aside 3/4 cup of the mixture for making the glaze.

To the remaining mixture, add an additional 1/4 cup chicken stock and pour over the turkey in the slow cooker.

Cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

While the turkey finishes cooking, transfer&nbsp;the reserved sriracha mixture to a small saucepan and whisk in 1 Tablespoon cornstarch.

Bring to a boil and boil for a minute or two until thickened.

If desired, preheat broiler or grill. If placing in the broiler, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Carefully remove the turkey tenderloins from the slow cooker and coat with the glaze (you may have extra that can be used for serving), and place under the broiler or on the grill for 3-4 minutes to allow glaze to caramelize.

Serve with additional glaze, if desired.

This 20 minute Turkey and Pepper sauté is Paleo, gluten-free, whole 30 and low-carb, so pretty much everyone can enjoy it! It’s made with lean turkey, sweet bell peppers, onions, herbs and fire roasted tomatoes in just one pan making it the perfect weeknight dinner.

20 Minute Low Carb Turkey and Peppers

salt, divided

turkey tenderloin,

extra-virgin olive oil, divided

½ large sweet onion, sliced

red bell pepper,

yellow bell pepper,

Italian seasoning

red wine vinegar

can crushed tomatoes, preferably fire-roasted

parsley and basil

Sprinkle ½ teaspoon salt over turkey. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add half of the turkey and cook, until browned on the bottom, 1 to 3 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until cooked all the way through, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the turkey to a plate with a slotted spatula, tent with foil to keep warm. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the skillet, reduce heat to medium and repeat with the remaining turkey, 1 to 3 minutes per side.

Add onion, bell peppers and the remaining ½ teaspoon salt to the skillet, cover and cook, removing lid to stir often, until the onion and peppers are softening and brown in spots, 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove lid, increase heat to medium high, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pepper and cook, stirring often until the herbs are fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add vinegar, and cook, stirring until almost completely evaporated, about 20 seconds. Add tomatoes and bring to a simmer, stirring often.

Add the turkey to the skillet with any accumulated juices from the plate and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, turning in the sauce until the turkey is hot all the way through, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve topped with parsley and basil if using.

Needed more flavour but nice could add cheese on top or put over noodle and use basomic vinegar and add some smoked bacon

Delicious, quick recipe with great flavor! We love the tang red wine vinegar gives peppers and onions. The package of turkey cutlets I bought was a little over 3/4 lb so we'll get 3 servings out of it, which isn't a problem since it will make 2 dinners plus a lunch. We are getting a little tired of cauliflower rice so I served it with a green salad with blue cheese, olives and a homemade Italian vinaigrette. We eat mostly low carb and eat a lot of keto meals. Although this isn't technically keto, depending on the number of net carbs you've already eaten for the day, it could end up being under your daily allotment.

If boneless, skinless chicken breasts are regularly featured on your weeknight menu, consider turkey tenderloin as an equally versatile alternative.

Turkey Tenderloin Recipe

cayenne (optional)

turkey breast tenderloins (1 1/2 to 2 pounds total)

Place 1 tablespoon light brown sugar, 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons ground sage, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, 2 teaspoons dried thyme, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne (if using) in a small bowl and whisk to combine. 

Pat 2 turkey tenderloins dry with paper towels and place in a medium bowl. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the turkey, making sure to use all of it and pressing it into the flesh so it adheres. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to overnight.

Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat the oven to 325°F. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large cast iron or oven-proof non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the turkey tenderloins and cook until browned on the bottom, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the second side, about 2 minutes more. 

Transfer the pan to the oven and bake until the turkey is cooked through and an instant-read thermometer registers 155°F when inserted into the thickest part, 25 to 30 minutes. 

Transfer the turkey to a clean cutting board and let rest for 15 minutes. Slice thinly crosswise and taste and season with more kosher salt as needed before serving.

Rub the turkey tenderloin with salt and pepper all over (if it comes already pre-seasoned, skip this step).

Insert the trivet in the Instant Pot.  Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot and put turkey tenderloin on the trivet.

Instant Pot Turkey Tenderloin - How To Cook Fresh Or Frozen Turkey Breast Tenderloin In Instant Pot!

Juicy and extremely tender turkey tenderloin coated with spices and baked. This easy small turkey tenderloin cooks in less than 30 minutes!

Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet in the oven on a middle rack and heat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). The skillet will heat along with the oven.

Using oven mitts, remove the skillet from the oven and add olive oil to the pan. Give the pan a swirl so that the oil coats the entire bottom.

Mix together the Italian seasoning, sage, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over both sides of the turkey and rub the spices in with your fingers.

Place the tenderloin in the skillet and using oven mitts, return the skillet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove the skillet from the oven and using tongs, flip the turkey over. Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and continue roasting another 15 minutes. 

Remove the skillet from the oven. Add butter to the top of the turkey and cover the skillet with a large plate, a pan lid, or foil. Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before serving. The turkey is done when its internal temperature registers 165 degrees (74 degrees C) in the thickest part of the meat.

Remove the foil. Slice and spoon the butter sauce over the turkey. Enjoy hot.

Juicy Turkey Tenderloin For One

Turkey Tenderloin (+ marinade) - an insanely juicy and flavorful turkey tenderloin recipe (or turkey breast tenderloin)- so delicious!

Turkey Marinade

Turkey Seasoning

(2) 1lb turkey tenderloins (or turkey breast tenderloins)

olive oil (or ghee)

Combine your Turkey Marinade ingredients. Place turkey tenderloins in a small pan or silicone bag. Pour marinade over top and ensure turkey is fully coated. Place in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

Remove from marinade (don&#8217;t shake off extra) and place on a plate. Cover in Turkey Seasoning and rub all over.

Bring a large cast iron skillet to medium-high heat. Add olive oil or ghee and swirl to coat the pan. Add turkey tenderloin and sear on all sides (about 1-2 minutes per side).

Turn off stove and carefully move skillet to oven, middle rack and uncovered.

Let cook 20-30 minutes or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. at it&#8217;s thickest part using an internal meat thermometer.  Baste once or twice during cooking with melted butter or ghee. Once you use up the melted butter, you can baste with the pan juices (there won&#8217;t be a ton, but there should be enough to baste with a brush).

Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Slice and serve!

This is by far the easiest and best way to bake turkey tenderloins. The recipe calls for the perfect amount of seasonings which add so much flavor and they turned out so tender and my family loves it!  Highly recommended

I bought Turkey Tenderloins for Easter. looking for something simple and an easy recipe.  I happened on this one and it worked out.  Sorry, I did not use your seasoning, but used Salt Free Dash, Garlic &amp; Herb.  The tenderloins were delicious and I was given the OK to make them again.  They were tender and juicy.

Very tasty- used a little extra butter and basted the loins thru the baking process. Will make again.
