tzatziki no cucumber

This Kale Tzatziki Sauce Recipe is a great tzatziki without cucumber, can be made vegan and gluten free for pitas, shawarmas, or a dip. A great addition to pitas, shawarma, or falafel!  This blender tzatziki sauce is ready in 5 minutes and is made with simple and fresh ingredients.  No cucumber needed!

Kale Tzatziki Sauce

Greek Yogurt (use dairy free

garlic (minced)

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

Himalayan sea salt

Tellicherry Black Pepper

dill (chopped)

kale (finely chopped)

In a blender, add the greek yogurt, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Blend on low speed until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Add yogurt sauce to a bowl, and stir on the fresh dill and the chopped kale. Add a little fresh pepper to garnish and enjoy!
