Try these healthy vegan brownies with a peanut butter swirl.

Peanut Butter Banana Brownies {Vegan}

bananas

sugar

tbsp rapeseed or canola oil

almond milk

tsp vanilla extract

flour

tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

tbsp chocolate chips, dark

salt

Preheat oven to fan-assisted 160C / 180C /350F / gas 4 and lightly oil a 23 X 23 cm (9 inch by 9 inch) baking tray. (Silicon is good for this.)

Mash the bananas in a large bowl using a fork.

Then add in the sugar, oil, almond milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Then mix in the flour, cocoa powder, chocolate chips and salt until combined.

Pour the brownie batter into prepared baking tray, then add the peanut butter on the top and swirl into patterns.

Bake for approximately 27-30 minutes, until brownie starts shrinking away from the sides of the tin, the centre feels a bit springy and a skewer inserted comes out cleanly. (Careful not to overcook – the brownies will firm up as they cool down).

Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting and serving.

Easy Peanut Butter Banana Brownies Vegan

This healthy vegan brownie baked oatmeal is so fudgy, chocolatey, and delicious! It is super easy to make with simple pantry ingredients and is ready in just 15 mins.

Brownie Baked Oatmeal

oats

tbsp ground flax seed

oat milk (or other dairy-free milk)

dates

peanut butter

cocoa powder

vanilla powder

salt (optional)

dairy-free chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Put the oat milk, dates, peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Meanwhile, place the oats and ground flax seed in a baking dish (mine measures 23 x 12 cm (9&quot; x 5&quot;).

Pour the blended mixture over the oats and stir with a spoon to combine.

After that, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top, if desired and bake for 10 mins.

Enjoy right away or let it cool!

Yum! I tried this recipe today and it was delicious.  So easy! I'm hoping my picky grandchildren will like them.

This is fast to make & delicious! I add either 2 bananas to the blender or a cup of blueberries along with the chocolate chips. Reheats well in the oven
