mango (frozen)

spinach

kale (coarsely chopped)

In a powerful blender, add ingredients in the order listed above (don’t change): water, mango, spinach and kale. Press “smoothie” button or blend until smooth. I like to blend more after “smoothie” cycle for a super smooth smoothie. If your blender isn’t powerful enough, just pause, stir and blend more.

Tropical Green Broccoli Smoothie

banana*

pineapple

broccoli florets

orange juice

non-dairy milk

dairy free greek yogurt (or use regular if not dairy free)

tbsp hemp hearts (optional)

add ingredients to blender

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.

Blend until completely smooth, about 1 full minute. Pineapple usually takes longer to blend than other fruits!

serve

Taste and adjust flavors as desired. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Add all ingredients (starting with the lesser amount of water) to a high-speed blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. If it has trouble blending, add more water.

Taste and adjust as needed, adding more mango for sweetness or lime juice for brightness!

Best when fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, or frozen into ice cube or popsicle molds and stored in the freezer for 1 month.
