Easiest Crudités Platter Ever

When it comes to parties and game night around here, I love whipping up an easy veggie tray with dip! They&#x27;re colorful, healthy, and simple to make!

Easy Veggie Tray with French Onion Dip

broccoli

cauliflower

carrots

celery

sour cream

Lipton Onion Soup and Dip mix

assorted crackers/chips/dippers/extras

Chop broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Thinly slice carrots (peeled) and celery. Save celery tops and/or carrot tops as a pretty garnish.

To make the dip, combine onion mix with sour cream and mix well. Chill until needed.

Arrange veggies and dip on your favorite wooden board or tray. Surround with dippers like crackers, tortilla chips, bread, pretzels, pita, etc....

Follow this [foccacia dough recipe](https://www.chefclub.tv/en-us/recipes/daily/9a83bb47-8ffe-478b-850f-d5a317171bb5/focaccia-with-herbs-the-perfect-bread-to-go-with-your-italian-dinner-spread/). Then cut the pickle into pieces into the bottom of a flute glass. Place the slices of salami around the rim of the glass. Repeat this action with the Swiss cheese and the other slices of salami. Drizzle olive oil on a baking sheet, wrap a shallow rectangular cardboard container with parchment paper as seen in the video, and place it on the baking sheet. Place the wrapped Camembert cheese upside down, a small bowl upside down, and the olive jar lid upside down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the baking sheet with green olives, cherry tomatoes, rosemary, thyme, and Chefclub Appetizer Spices. Spread focaccia dough over the entire surface of the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °F.

Cut the carrot into sticks, cut one part of the cucumber into sticks and the other part into slices. Remove the baked foccacia appetizer board from the baking sheet. Remove the small bowl, the cardboard box, and the lid. Place the mini-sausages and carrot and cucumber sticks into the rectangular space on the foccacia bread. Pour the cocktail sauce with cucumber slices and carrot sticks into the space of the small bowl. Place the rosette of salami and Swiss cheese with the pickles in the place of the lid. Open the Camembert, sprinkle with honey, and add walnuts to the inside. Enjoy!

How to make a beautiful Crudite Platter with vegetables and dips. I am sharing my favorite veggie dip recipes, what vegetables to put on a veggie tray, and how to arrange one. It is so easy to make a stunning vegetable platter!

Start by choosing your tray. Do you want to use a large wood board? A glass tray? You can use a round, a square, a rectangular, or any type of tray you want. You will want to know the size of your tray so you know how many vegetables to buy.

Buy your vegetables. Focus on a variety of colors and textures. I look to use as many colors in the rainbow as possible.

Make your dips. I love to use all different types of dips that pair perfectly with vegetables. A ranch dip is thicker than ranch dressing and is usually made with sour cream and ranch dressing powder. This pairs wonderfully with all vegetables. One of my favorite dips to put on my crudite platter is my popular spinach dip recipe. I get asked for this recipe all of the time! You can also add a traditional hummus with pairs well with carrots, peppers, and cucumbers.

First, put your veggie dips into bowls and place them on the tray. Arrange your vegetables around the dips and try to space out the different colors of vegetables.

Cover and chill until you are ready to serve.

Start with green vegetables for the base and made the general shape of a Christmas tree. I used broccoli but sugar snap peas work well too.

Add olives and grape tomatoes on top for ornaments.

Slice bell pepper for garland.

Put baby carrots surrounding the tree for some additional color.

Serve ranch dressing in a hallowed out bell pepper.

It came out great.  I would have liked to have known the diameter of the plate she used, though.  The largest I had was 17" but it seemed hers was larger.  I also used sliced cucumbers instead of snow peas.
