It is a Non Alcoholic take on the classic Mojito Drink. It&#039;s a refreshing cocktail and perfect to be served for parties. Here is how to make it.

Virgin Mojito Recipe

tablets Peppermint (I used Polo)

Lime

Mint Leaves

tsp Powdered Sugar

Salt

Ice (as required)

Sprite (as required)

Crush the peppermint tablets to make a powder.

Add it into a glass.

Add lime juice and mix until the peppermint dissolves.

Now add mint leaves, lime wedges, powdered sugar and salt in the glass.

Muddle using a muddler or a spoon.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Top with sprite and serve immediately.

This Virgin Strawberry Mojito Mocktail recipe is refreshing and perfect for summer! It&#039;s made with strawberries, lime, mint, and club soda.

Strawberry Mojito Mocktail

strawberries

limes (1/4 cup lime juice)

fresh mint (plus more for garnish)

club soda

Add ½ cup water to a small saucepan and heat the water to medium-low but do not bring to a boil.

Add ½ cup sugar to the water and stir until all of the sugar has dissolved.

Once dissolved, pour the simple syrup into a glass container (a mason jar works great) and allow to cool. (The simple syrup can be made and cooled ahead of time).

For The Simple Syrup:

Thoroughly wash 1 lb. of fresh strawberries (you can also use frozen strawberries if desired).

Hull the strawberries or simply chop the green stems off with a knife. Cut the strawberries in halves or quarters, depending on the size of the berry.

Add 1 lb. of chopped strawberries, ¼ cup of fresh lime juice (equals 2-3 limes), ¼ cup fresh mint, and ¼ cup of the cooled simple syrup to a blender. You can also use an immersion blender. (You can add the full 1/2 cup of simply syrup if you like a little extra sweetness).

Blend until the mixture is totally combined. The texture should be smooth and easy to pour.

For The Strawberry Puree:

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour ⅓ cup or so of the strawberry puree over the ice (the glass should be ⅔ full).

Top the strawberry puree with club soda. Fill until the glass is totally full. Stir until combined. Garnish with fresh mint and a wedge of lime and serve immediately.Feel free to add 1 shot of white rum to each glass if you&#39;d like to make it into a cocktail.

This Virgin Mojito recipe is a refreshing summer mocktail drink made with fresh basil (easily swap with mint), lemon, soda and sugar. Just a few ingredients muddled together, you can’t get an easier Mojito Mocktail recipe than this.

club soda (or sparkling water

sugar (or add as per taste)

ice cubes (or crushed ice as required)

First rinse the basil leaves or mint leaves in water a few times. Drain all the water and set them aside.

In a mortar-pestle or in a pitcher, take the basil leaves or mint leaves, lemons slices, sugar and salt. Note that 2 tablespoons sugar will make the drink sweet. If you want a predominant tangy taste, then add 1 tablespoon sugar. To make the drink diabetic friendly, add a sugar substitute like stevia. You can also use honey instead of sugar.

Muddle all the ingredients with the pestle.

Spoon the muddled ingredients in two glasses.

Divide the lemon juice and add in each glass.

Add some crushed ice or ice cubes.

Pour soda, sparkling water or water. Stir well with a stirrer or spoon.

Serve Virgin Mojito immediately.

A raspberry mojito loaded with juicey raspberries, fresh mint, a hint of lime, and Sprite or 7-UP!

To a pitcher add the raspberries and mint leaves. Using a muddle or the back of a wooden spoon, muddle until the raspberries have released their juices and the mint leaves have wilted. 

Add the lime juice.

Pour in the Sprite or 7-UP. Stir. Add ice if you&#x27;d like.

Pour in individual glasses to serve. Top with a sprig of fresh mint and a lime wedge.
