<em>This refreshing Watermelon Slushie Recipe is made with only 4 healthy ingredients! It's easy to make and perfect for a hot summer day. </em>

Watermelon Slushie Recipe 

Seedless Watermelon Cubes, frozen for at least 24 hours

2-4 tbsp Maple Syrup*

Lime

Water

First, let the Frozen Watermelon chunks sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to defrost some. Then, add the Watermelon, 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, Lime Juice, Mint, and Water to a high-speed blender.

Pulse the blender until the Watermelon starts to break up some, then blend to form a thick, slushie consistency. Adjust the Maple Syrup to taste, adding more if necessary. If the mixture is too thick for your liking, you can also add in extra water.

Divide equally into 4 glasses, serve, and enjoy!

 Hi,i just copied down your watermelon slushie recipe that i want to try making it in my blender.I only have a magic bullet blender for 1 person and i was wondering how i can make your slushie for 1 person in my blender.
 I am a type 2 diabetic so i am not sure if i can use maple syrup in the slushie recipe.What else can i use in place of the maple syrup?

I can no use maple syrup and monk fruit sugar works great. Plus it helps process sugar in us. I love the receipe. For adult version I love to add a marachino cherry plus a shot of vodka worn your guest's.
