(250 milliliters or 300 grams) fat free natural yogurt/greek yogurt

tsp sea salt

tsp English mustard powder, mustard

ground pepper

coriander

garlic clove, crushed

red chili pepper, chopped

tbsp white wine vinegar

Turkey Burger | Weight Watchers

shallots (grated)

turkey breast

tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp ketchup (reduced sugar)

Worcestershire sauce

vegetable oil (for frying)

Place the ground turkey into a bowl. Add the grated shallots, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Combine the mixture before shaping into 4 patties.&nbsp;

Heat the oil in a large skillet / frying pan. Once hot, fry the burgers for 4 - 5 minutes each side, moving around the pan to prevent them from sticking. Once they are nicely browned and cooked through, remove from the heat.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Serve in a burger bun, topped with sliced tomato, onion, lettuce and mayonnaise.&nbsp;

Best Chicken Salad | Weight Watchers

chicken - cooked & chopped ((400 grams))

celery

green onions / spring onions

grapes ((225 grams))

dijon mustard

reduced fat mayonnaise ((75 grams))

fat free natural yogurt ((120 grams))

Salt & pepper

Tear or cut up the chicken into bite size pieces and add to a medium sized bowl.

Top and tail the celery and slice into small pieces and add to the chicken

Dice the green onions and add to the bowl.

Chop the grapes in half (this depends on the size of grapes that you use) and add to the rest of the ingredients.

In a small bowl combine the mustard, mayonnaise and natural yogurt.

Spoon the mayonnaise dressing onto the rest of the ingredients and gently mix.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
