If you’re looking for an easy bar dessert recipe with white chocolate, you’re in luck! These white chocolate blondies are PURE HEAVEN!! Super easy to prepare and guaranteed to be gone in a blink they’re so good.

White Chocolate Blondies

all-purpose flour

baking soda

salt

Tablespoons UNSALTED butter (softened)

sugar

brown sugar (packed)

Tablespoon vanilla extract

eggs

white chocolate chips

chocolate chips (for topping)

Preheat oven to 370°F. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium size bowl. Set aside.

In a large bowl, using an electric or stand mixer, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing between each egg.

Add flour mixture and mix until just combined. DO NOT OVERMIX!

Using a spatula, stir in chocolate chips until combined.

Press dough into prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-23 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown. Let bars cool completely before cutting into squares.

Chewy, fudgy and deliciously moreish, these white chocolate blondies are a dream!

170 g (¾ cup) unsalted butter

160 g (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) brown sugar

+ 1 tbsp) white chocolate, chopped

vanilla

200 g (1¼ cups) plain (all purpose) flour

+ 1 tbsp) white chocolate chips

Line your baking tin with some parchment/baking paper and set it aside. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F while you make your blondies mixture.

In a large mixing bowl, place your butter, sugar and white chocolate. Melt together in the microwave in 10-20 second blasts, stirring in between, until completely melted and combined. Leave to cool slightly.

Add your eggs and vanilla into the bowl one at a time and mix it all together well.

Sift in the flour and salt. Fold into your wet mix until just a few streaks remain. Tip in the chocolate chips (or your mix in of choice) and fold in until evenly combined.

Tip this mixture into your prepared pan, smoothing into the corners and levelling the top. Bake in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden at the edges and ever so slightly wobbly in the middle (mine takes 23-24 minutes to bake), then leave to cool in the tin on a cooling rack. Cut into squares and enjoy!
