Bring some holiday spirit to your snacks with funfetti popcorn Christmas style! It can be whipped up in only 10 minutes and decorated with as many sprinkles as you like. This popcorn treat is perfect for holiday gifts and parties.

Christmas Crunch {White Chocolate Popcorn}

(104 grams) popcorn kernels*

(12 oz) bag Vanilla Candy Melts ((such as Wilton Candy Melts))

(75 grams) broken pretzel pieces or baby pretzels

Christmas sprinkles

Pop popcorn in a popcorn popper into a large bowl (or alternately in the microwave if using microwave bags of popcorn) according to manufactures directions.  Remove any unpopped popcorn kernels.  Toss in broken pretzel pieces and M&amp;Ms***.

Melt Vanilla Candy Melts in a microwave safe bowl on 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval until melted and smooth.  Drizzle half of melted chips over popcorn mixture, then stir, tossing gently a few times with a rubber spatula.

Then drizzle remaining half of melted chips over popcorn, and gently stir mixture until evenly coated (don't over stir though or your sprinkles wont stick if the white chips begin to set and harden).

Pour mixture into a single layer onto wax paper. Sprinkle entire mixture evenly with sprinkles (as many as you'd like) before vanilla chips set. Allow to cool and harden, then gently break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

This Christmas white chocolate popcorn&nbsp;recipe is quick and very simple. The perfect sweet holiday treat! You only need 3 ingredients.

Pop your popcorn according to package directions. Add it to a large baking sheet that's been lined with wax paper. Discard any unpopped kernels. 

Melt your white chocolate in a medium bowl in 30-second increments in the microwave (stir in between). I err on the side of microwaving less and letting it sit a bit longer between intervals so I don't scorch it. 

Pour the white chocolate over the popcorn and toss it with the chocolate until it's fully coated. You can use your hands or even salad tongs for this step. 

Spread the popcorn out in an even layer and add the sprinkles. 

Let the chocolate set. I like to speed this process up by putting the baking sheet in the fridge for 15 minutes or so. 

Keep in a sealed container or portion the popcorn up (e.g. in small bags). It'll last for a few days without going stale.

Popping Corn (makes 16 cups Popcorn)

White Melting Wafers (such as Ghirardelli or Wilton)

Valentine's M & M's

Salt

Cook popping corn in a popcorn maker and let it pop into a large bowl.

Place onto a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.

Melt white melting wafers according to package instructions.

If so desired, add food coloring.

Drizzle melted white chocolate over popcorn.

Sprinkle with M &amp; M's.

Pour oil into the skillet; Use more if necessary, to coat the bottom. Add the popcorn kernels, and place the lid on the skillet.

Place over medium-low heat on the stovetop. Shake pan occasionally, until kernels begin to pop, then shake frequently until you can no longer hear kernels popping.

Remove pan from heat, uncover, and sprinkle popcorn with sea salt and melted butter if desired. Toss to coat.

Melt the white chocolate wafers according to package instructions.

Transfer the popcorn to a large serving bowl, discarding any unpopped kernels. Drizzle with white chocolate and toss to coat. Sprinkle with nonpareils.

Enjoy immediately for a warm, gooey treat or allow it to cool completely for the chocolate to harden on the popcorn.

I took this popcorn dish to my bee club's Christmas party last weekend. Everyone loved it! I lightly salted and buttered it and then drizzled on the white chocolate melting wafers and tossed the batch lightly. I then sprinkled on the little red, green, and white cake decoration sprinkles. People absolutely loved it!

Prep. Lay down a piece of wax paper onto a baking sheet.

Melt white chocolate. Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute at 50% power. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Microwave and additional 15 seconds if needed.

Coat popcorn. In a large bowl, combine popcorn and white chocolate. Stir until coated. Spread mix onto the wax paper in an even layer. Add sprinkles or candy on top if desired.

Rest until set. Leave on counter or place popcorn in the refrigerator until it has hardened and then break into pieces.

This is so delicious, I've made it twice already and everyone here loves it!
