(750 milliliters) bottle chilled white wine

fruit flavored liqueur*

Assembly

Place the fruit in the bottom of a large pitcher. Add wine, liqueur, and juice and stir gently until combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

WHITE SANGRIA WITH MANGO AND BERRIES | fruity white wine sangria

Refreshing Peach Sangria is the perfect summer drink! This easy white sangria recipe is made with white wine and fresh peaches for a truly delicious and fruity summer cocktail. The perfect sipper for pool parties, BBQs and weekend brunch!

Peach Sangria

peaches (ripe but firm, thinly sliced)

mL white wine (1 bottle)

peach juice (fresh is best)

peach schnapps (or peach whiskey)

water

mint

peaches (sliced)

Place sliced peaches into a large pitcher. Add white wine, peach juice and peach schnapps (or whiskey if using). Stir to combine.

Chill the sangria in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours minimum and up to 24 hours.

Add the sparkling water and stir to combine.

Serve over ice and peach slices and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Half

Half the orange, lemon, and lime. Cut one of each half in half again so you have 2 quarters. Juice each quarter into a large pitcher. Add the remains of juiced fruit.

Cut the remaining citrus halves into thin slices, then add the slices to the pitcher. Add the peaches and berries.

Add the brandy, triple sec, and sugar (if using). With a wooden spoon, muddle to combine and dissolve the sugar.

Pour

Pour in the wine and stir once more. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serve

To serve, fill glasses with ice. Give the white sangria a stir, then pour it over ice. Top with a splash of Prosecco, stir gently once more, and garnish with berries and mint as desired.

Honestly, this is one of the better white sangria recipes I’ve tried. Not too sweet, and the citrus flavor shines without being overpowering. I liked the balance of wine and fruit—super easy to make and looks beautiful in a pitcher.

Made this as a test run for an upcoming party, and it turned out really well. It’s flexible, so you can tweak it based on what fruit or alcohol you have. I used Albarino and regular brandy, which gave it a deeper flavor than I expected. I added a little sugar, but probably didn’t need it. I enjoyed this drink. Thank you!

This was such a fun and fruity drink to make at home! I chilled mine overnight and the flavors really came through the next day. I liked the added fizz from the Prosecco—it made the whole thing feel more festive. The only thing I’d change next time is maybe use a bit less lime juice, just my preference.
