Add all ingredients except soda water into a large pitcher and stir to combine

 Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 3-24 hours

 Pour Sangria and fruit into glasses with ice

In a cocktail shaker (or small jar), combine the raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, and fresh mint leaves. Muddle them (with a muddler or end of a wooden spoon) until the berries are broken up— about 15 seconds. Add vodka and stir or muddle a little more.

Pour the muddled berries through a small fine mesh sieve into a glass. Make sure to push all of the juice out to get the full flavor! 

Top with enough rosé to fill the glass....

Raspberry Rosé Spritzer

A beautiful summery cocktail, that is both refreshing and flavourful. Enhanced with a rosemary and ginger simple syrup, this white wine spritzer is perfect for hot summer days in the backyard with friends!

White Wine Spritzer with Lemon, Rosemary & Ginger

sugar

water

rosemary

tsp ginger (grated)

white wine

lemon juice

tsp fresh ginger (extra)

simple syrup

club soda (or thereabouts)

thyme

ice cubes (for serving)

Combine water, sugar, ginger and rosemary in a small saucepan

Heat over low heat, until sugar has melted

Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the syrup to cool and infuse.&nbsp;

Simple Syrup

Place wine in a wine glass, and add lemon juice, fresh ginger and simple syrup.

Adjust ingredients according to taste.

Top with soda water and serve with ice and a fresh thyme sprig.&nbsp;

White Wine Spritzers

Spanish tinto de verano is the perfect drink to cool you down on a hot summer day.

Tinto de Verano Recipe

((750 ml) of young and fruity red wine)

ml of lemon-flavored soda (You can substitute orange soda

lemon (sliced)

200 ml of sweet vermouth ((6 oz) optional)

Ice cubes

Uncork the wine and pour it into a large pitcher.

Add the soda and stir slightly.

Add the lemon and orange slices, as well as the vermouth if using. Stir just to combine.

Serve over ice.

This delicious cava sangria recipe makes the perfect drink for the holidays.

Cava Sangria Recipe

red apple (the better the apple the better the flavor of the sangria!, sliced thin)

orange liqueur (Gran Marnier is preferred, otherwise use Triple Sec)

750 ml bottles of chilled Spanish cava (I prefer to make with

In a large bowl combine the sliced apple, orange and diced pineapple. Cover with two tablespoons of sugar and let sit for at least 10 minutes.

Add the brandy, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, mint and spices. Using the back of a wooden spoon, muddle the mint and fruit just a bit.

Chill this mixture (if possible) for at least an hour.

Before serving, add the chilled cava and frozen grapes, and lightly stir to combine. Adjust for sweetness by adding sugar (superfine is best) or simple syrup. To serve, either ladle it into glasses filled with ice cubes, or into a serving pitcher filled halfway with ice.

This wine punch is perfect to serve at Halloween!

dark red wine (any dark red wine, we used Apothic Dark)

black plums (washed and sliced)

Add everything into a pitcher and mix with a large spoon.

Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. The longer it sits the darker the plums becomes.

Best to keep sangria in the fridge. Enjoy!!!
