A tortilla is filled with savoury meatballs and lots of delicious toppings, like baby spinach, onion, avocado, tomatoes, cheese and tortilla strips. With lots of flavour and texture in this homemade wrap, you&#39;ll want to give this recipe a try!

Meatball Wrap

mayonnaise

buffalo sauce (or

flour tortilla

baby spinach

onion

grape tomatoes (sliced)

avocado (sliced)

cheddar cheese

tortilla strips

In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise and buffalo sauce and whisk to combine.

Spread 1 tablespoon of the mayonnaise/buffalo sauce mixture in the centre of the tortilla.

Layer on spinach, onion, tomatoes, avocado and cheddar cheese. Top with the cooked meatballs and tortilla strips. Drizzle with the remaining mayonnaise/buffalo sauce mixture. Fold into a wrap.

Optional: Heat a skillet over medium heat, then add the wrap. Heat for a couple of minutes on both sides just to get a little colour on the outside.

Serve and enjoy!
