椰子粉或椰子絲、瀝乾的杏仁、水倒入果汁機中高速攪拌1~2分鐘,用起士紗布過濾掉渣渣。也可以用現成的杏仁奶(250g)、椰奶(250g)替代,則可省略此步驟。*見備註1

Step 2

倒入深的鍋子,除了蜂蜜/楓糖,加入所有的香料,加熱至微滾,保持微滾狀態2~3分鐘,偶爾攪拌。

Step 3

倒入杯中,加入蜂蜜或楓糖拌勻,趁熱享用。*蜂蜜晚點加入避免溫度過高喪失它的酵素,達到最大功效。
