Step 1

Using the sauté function on the Instant Pot, melt butter.

Step 2

Add diced onions and cook until softened. Turn Instant Pot off.

Step 3

Add potatoes, corn, chicken stock, thyme, garlic powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot and stir.

Step 4

Place lid on the Instant Pot and select Pressure Cook, cook on high pressure for 14 minutes.

Step 5

When cooking cycle is completed, perform a quick release of pressure.

Step 6

Remove lid and add cream of chicken soup, cheese, milk, and flour. Stir. Add more flour if needed to achieve desired thickness.
