In a bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, and powdered peanut butter, if desired. Then mix in syrup or honey and milk of choice. Fold in chocolate chips and spread on parchment paper.Put in the air fryer at 400°F for 10 minutes. All air fryers tend to cook differently, so check halfway through the cooking process and stick a toothpick in the center of the cookie. If you find the underside is not cooked all the way through, gently flip your cookie and bake for another 3 minutes.If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake this recipe in an oven. Use a nonstick cookie sheet and bake for about 8 minutes at 375°F. All ovens are a little different, so keep an eye on your cookie so you can adjust if needed.
