Finely dice the onion

In a small bowl mix together the dried spices with the oil to make a spiced oil

Add the onion, minced beef, spiced oil and garlic into the Actifry

Cook for 10 minutes (with the paddle in)

Then, drain the Actifry of any excess oil

Step 6

Add in the sugar, beef stock cube, tinned tomatoes, and tomato puree - stir gently with a spoon to ensure the tomato puree is broken up and mixed in

Close the lid and cook for a further 3 minutes

Step 8

Then, drain the tinned kidney beans - and add into the chilli mixture

Step 9

Cook for a further 2 minutes to heat the kidney beans through

Step 10

Then serve! Perfect with rice, nachos or chips, topped with guacamole and sour cream.
