Step 1
Preferably, sift the all-purpose flour and cacao powder.
Step 2
Place all the wet and dry ingredients in the stand mixer bowl and mix well on medium speed using the wire attachment.
Step 3
Push any flour on the sides of the bowl using a silicone spatula while mixing the ingredients.
Step 4
Grease the bundt pan with some oil or butter and dust it with some flour.
Step 5
Fill the bundt pan to about 3/4th its capacity.
Step 6
Air fry the cake for 25-30 minutes at 320°F.
Step 7
Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, it is done. Else air fry it for 1-2 minutes until done.
Step 8
Allow the cake to completely cool down before inverting it and removing it from the bundt pan.
Step 9
Warm heavy cream in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 10
Add melting chocolate wafers and mix well until smooth, using a whisk.
Step 11
Allow the ganache to cool down before applying on the cake.
