Step 1
Clean the corn and cut in to strips, this is the hardest part of the recipe.
Step 2
Place the corn into a bowl and mix the olive oil, Old Bay, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Mix all together, I used my hands because it was easier to coat all the corn.
Step 4
Spray the bottom of the Air Fryer with coconut oil.
Step 5
Place the corn in the Air Fryer and set the time.
Step 6
Add the vegan mayo and sriracha sauce and mix.
Step 7
Mix a little bit of lemon along with the salt and pepper.
Step 8
Whisk together until its creamy.
Step 9
If you like the corn crispy add more time to the Air Fryer. I also makes the Air Fryer Corn Ribs at the end so I can serve them nice and hot. They are super yummy that way.
