Step 1

Take each whole ear of corn, remove from the husk.

Step 2

Rub cobs to remove the corn silks from in between the corn kernels and cut off the ends.

Step 3

Place corn on the cobs in a microwave safe bowl covered with a damp paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Let corn cobs cool for 5 minutes on a chopping board or until they are cool enough to touch.

Step 5

Use a sharp knife and slice into the corn cobs: cut the corn in halves lengthwise, and then cut halves into quarters, to make 4 pieces per cob of corn.

Step 6

In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper and dried parsley.

Step 7

Brush the corn ribs with the seasoning mixture, coating entire corn rib well.

Step 8

In a single layer place the seasoned corn ribs into the air fryer basket.

Step 9

Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking process.

Step 10

Top with fresh parsley before serving.
