Step 1
Take each whole ear of corn, remove from the husk.
Step 2
Rub cobs to remove the corn silks from in between the corn kernels and cut off the ends.
Step 3
Place corn on the cobs in a microwave safe bowl covered with a damp paper towel and microwave for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Let corn cobs cool for 5 minutes on a chopping board or until they are cool enough to touch.
Step 5
Use a sharp knife and slice into the corn cobs: cut the corn in halves lengthwise, and then cut halves into quarters, to make 4 pieces per cob of corn.
Step 6
In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper and dried parsley.
Step 7
Brush the corn ribs with the seasoning mixture, coating entire corn rib well.
Step 8
In a single layer place the seasoned corn ribs into the air fryer basket.
Step 9
Air fry at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking process.
Step 10
Top with fresh parsley before serving.
