Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the eggs and milk, and whisk together.

Step 2

Add in the crumbled bacon, grated cheddar cheese, onions, and seasonings, stirring to combine.

Step 3

Equally divide the egg mixture into silicone cups, about 2/3 full, leaving room for them to rise.

Step 4

Place in the air fryer basket, or on a baking sheet if you have tray air fryer.

Step 5

Cook at 300 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
