Start by cutting the cheese into 1/3 to 1/2 inch pieces.

Spray a small baking sheet with cooking oil.

In a small bowl, mix the egg and water. In the other bowl, add the bread crumbs. Dip the sliced goat cheese into the egg wash and then into the bread crumbs. Place the tray into the freezer until they are frozen solid (about 30 minutes)
Step 4
When the goat cheese is frozen solid, dip it again in the egg mixture and then into the bread crumbs. Place in the freezer for another 30 minutes or until frozen solid.
Step 5
Spray the basket with olive oil. Place the frozen goat cheese into the air fryer basket, spray with olive oil. Set the temperature to 370 degrees F and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, and respray the tops with olive oil.
Step 6
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
