Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 350° Fahrenheit (175°Celsius). Prepare your peaches. Once they're halved and pitted, pat the cut sides dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and cinnamon.

Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with melted butter. Generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the butter.

Lightly grease the air fryer with coconut oil. Arrange the peach halves in the air fryer basket, skin side down, sugar side up. You may have to fry them in batches.

Air fry them for 8-10 minutes or until the peaches are soft and the edges are slightly caramelized. The sugar will be golden and caramelized.
Step 6
Let the peaches cool slightly. Then, serve warm with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and vanilla ice cream (or yogurt). Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
