Step 1
In a small bowl stir together the tahini, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
Step 2
Cut the peaches in half through the stem end, and remove the pits. A regular spoon comes in handy here. You can also use the spoon to lightly scrape away any rough bits where the pit was removed. Rub the entire cut side of the peaches with a thin layer of maple tahini.
Step 3
Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F. Place the peach halves cut side down and cook for 6 minutes. Flip the peaches and spoon the maple tahini mixture into the cavity. Also use the spoon to rub more of the tahini mixture on the flat part of the flesh. This keeps the peaches juicy. Cook for 4 more minutes.
Step 4
Serve warm. You may have a small amount of the tahini mixture left. I like to drizzle it on the cooked peaches for even more flavor. See serving suggestions below.
