Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Wash and dry your potatoes with a paper towel. The dryer, the better. This will help them get crispier in the air fryer.
Step 2
Finely chop fresh rosemary.
Step 3
Next, cut potatoes in half and place them in a large bowl.
Step 4
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and sprinkle them with rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes to coat them evenly with the oil and spices and herbs.
Step 5
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F. Preheating usually takes 1-2 minutes depending on your air fryer model.
Step 6
Place seasoned potatoes in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches if making a large amount.
Step 7
Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through to cook both sides. I usually shake the basket vigorously to move the potatoes around.
