Export 9 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Pour all the dry ingredients (bread crumbs, cornstarch, salt & pepper, paprika, onion powder, parsley, seasoning salt and thyme) into a large freezer bag. Mix together well.
Step 2
Add in one tablespoon of olive oil and mix until a sandy texture is created.
Step 3
Coat each pork chop with the remaining olive oil in a bowl or on a plate.
Step 4
Put the pork chops into the bag, one at a time. Mix the mixture around and coat the pork chops.
Step 5
Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes to 400 degrees F.
Step 6
Put the pork chops into the air fryer for 7 minutes of cooking time, then flip them and cook for another 7 minutes. Cook until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees F.
Step 7
Take the pork chops out of the air fryer and let them cool on a cooling rack. (This will prevent the bottom coating of the pork chops from getting soggy as they cool.)
