Step 1

Preheat air fryer to 350 F.

Step 2

Use a mandolin to carefully slice thin pieces of the sweet potato, then add to a large bowl.

Step 3

Toss sweet potatoes with oil, salt and garlic powder until well coated.

Step 4

Add to the air fryer in an even layer, and cook 6-8 minutes, or until starting to crisp.

Step 5

Allow to cool on a wire rack.
