Step 1

Add the bread roll, egg and bacon to the airfryer and cook at 200c for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the bread roll and egg, turn the bacon over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Place the egg into a bowl of cold water to cool down, then peel it.

Cut the bread roll open and fill with the egg, bacon and sliced tomato.
