Step 1

In a bowl, add the spaghetti, the coleslaw mix, the carrots, the green onions, 1 bunch of the cilantro, 1/4 cup of the sesame seeds, and 1 cup of the peanuts and toss well to combine.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter and microwave until it has slightly melted, about 30 seconds-1 minute.

Step 3

Add the vinegar, the garlic powder, the sriracha, and the salt to the peanut butter and whisk to combine.

Step 4

While whisking, slowly stream the vegetable oil into the peanut butter mixture and continue to whisk until it is smooth and combined.

Step 5

Add the dressing to the salad and toss well to coat.

Step 6

Chill the salad until ready to serve.

Step 7

Serve garnished with the extra sesame seeds, the extra peanuts, and the extra cilantro.
