Carefully measure two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and pour it into a shot glass.

Cut a fresh lemon in half and squeeze about two tablespoon of juice into the shot glass with the apple cider vinegar.

Pour filtered water into the glass to dilute the mixture. Add a tablespoon of maple syrup to balance the flavors with a touch of sweetness.

Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and turmeric to the mixture in the shot glass.
Step 5
Use a small spoon to thoroughly mix all the ingredients together until fully combined. Make sure the spices are well dissolved.
