In a large mixing bowl, beat the instant pudding mix and cold milk with an electric mixer for about 2 minutes, or until thickened. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese until smooth and well blended. Add to the thickened pudding and mix gently by hand until combined.

Fold the whipped topping into the pudding just until no streaks remain.

Assemble the parfaits by layering the pudding mix, chopped cookies, and sliced bananas in serving glasses or mason jars. Ensure the bananas are fully covered with a layer of pudding.

Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours.

Just before serving, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks. Top each pudding parfait with a generous spoonful or pipe it on top.

Garnish with freshly sliced bananas, and enjoy!
