Heat 1 Tablespoon stir-fry oil in wok or skillet on high heat. Stir-fry ginger and garlic for one minute. Add onion and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add carrot and mushrooms, cook for 2 more minutes. Add spinach or broccoli or your choice of vegetables and 1 Tablespoon of Braggs Soy Sauce. Sauté for 30 seconds and transfer to plate. In same skillet or wok, add 1 tablespoonful of oil, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, sesame oil, and drained bean threads. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Fold in vegetables mixture and serve.
