In a medium bowl, use clean hands to mix the hamburger, garlic powder, onion salt, seasoning salt, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and crushed crackers together well.

Shape the meat mixture into 6 burger patties of equal size. Make sure you put a divot about the size of your thumb in the center of each patty; this will help prevent the meat from puffing up too much on the grill.

Grill or broil to desired doneness, reading 135 degrees F for medium-rare, about 4 minutes per side.
