Step 1
Preheat oven to 375° Butter an 8x8 dish with butter.
Step 2
Spoon pie filling in dish and set aside.
Step 3
Stir together baking mix, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Pour gently over pie filling. Optional: Sprinkle the batter with raw sugar to give it color and a sweet crunch.
Step 4
Bake 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Tent with foil if the top starts to over brown.
