Bloody Mary Beef Goulash

Step 1

Set the Instant Pot to the saute setting.  Add olive oil, garlic, onion, and beef. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add the rest of the sauces, seasonings, carrots, celery and tomato juice.

Step 3

Put the lid on your Instant Pot and cook for 30 minutes on high pressure or the stew setting.

Step 4

Cook and serve! don’t forget to add your favorite Bloody Mary garnishes!
