Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Mix together the cake mix, water, oil and eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Step 3
In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and gelatin mix.
Step 4
Layer the blueberries in the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the top of the blueberries.
Step 6
Spread a layer of the batter over the blueberries.
Step 7
Bake for 55 minutes.
Step 8
Let cool to room temperature.
Step 9
Top the cake with the Cool Whip and serve.
