Grab yourself a large bowl. In this bowl add the coleslaw mix. Then mix in the sliced red onion and scallions together until everything is thoroughly mixed.

You can also prepare this mixture a day before the actual time as it will remain fresh in the refrigerator.

Before adding the scallions to the mixture makes it surface a little rough with your fingers to absorb everything more properly.

Now to prepare the dressing, take another bowl and mix the vegetable oil with sugar and add ginger to it. Also, pour the white vinegar in it.

Squeeze some soya sauce and lemon juice. Add sesame seeds and sesame oil. Mix everything well or blend using a blender.
Step 6
Then pour it on the tossed vegetables.
Step 7
Wait and then serve after an hour. You can also chill it in the fridge.
