Cheese and Taco Casserole

Step 1

FIRST STEP:Preheat the oven to 400*

Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray

In a bowl, beat the milk and the eggs together

Stir in the biscuit mix, and salt and pepper if you are using the seasonings

Place ground beef into a skillet, season with salt and pepper and crumble as you cook

Be sure to cook the meat thoroughly and then drain excess fat from the skillet

Stir in the taco seasoning and combine well

SECOND STEP:Place the beef in the bottom of the prepared baking dish

Spread the biscuit mix in an even layer over the ground beef

THIRD STEP:Place in the oven and bake for 22 to 25 minutes, until the biscuit layer is golden brown

Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes,

Spread the sour cream over the top of the biscuit layer

Top with the Shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese and the olives
