Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the dough: In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, melted butter, and egg white. Mix until a dough forms.

Shape the cones: Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each). Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten each ball into a thin circle.

Bake the cones: Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. While still warm, shape each circle into a cone using cone molds or by wrapping them around aluminum foil shaped into cones. Let them cool completely.

Beat the cream cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla: Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
Step 7
Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Step 8
Combine the mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Step 9
Fill the cones: Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe the filling into each cone, starting from the bottom and working your way up.
Step 10
Add toppings: Sprinkle the chopped almonds over the top of each cone. Add any optional toppings like fresh berries, chocolate drizzle, or caramel sauce.
