Step 1

Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date. (Three months from when you prepped the meal.)

Step 2

Add all ingredients except the cheese to the freezer bag.

Step 3

Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.

Step 4

Add contents of freezer bag to crockpot.

Step 5

Cook on “low” setting for 6-8 hours until beef is cooked through.

Step 6

Break apart beef, add the cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.

Step 7

Serve hot.

Step 8

Add frozen meal to Instant Pot with additional ½ cup water (to prevent burning).

Step 9

Pressure cook for 20 minutes.

Step 10

Natural release.

Step 11

Break apart beef, add the cheese and stir until the cheese is melted.

Step 12

Serve hot.
