Step 1

Spray the inside of a 6 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Spread the cherry pie filling evenly in the slow cooker.

Step 3

Mix the brownie mix according to package instructions and add the 2 tsp almond extract to it.

Step 4

Spread the brownie batter over the cherries.

Step 5

Cook on HIGH for 2 hours and 15 minutes.  A toothpick should come out with crumbly brownie crumbs.

Step 6

Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.  Enjoy!
