Step 1
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Remove the packet of cinnamon sugar from the Betty Crocker® Snickerdoodles Cookie Mix bag and pour into a separate small bowl.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the egg, butter, water and cocoa powder until thoroughly combined.
Step 4
Add in the Betty Crocker® Snickerdoodles cookie mix and beat at low speed for about 30 seconds, until completely mixed.
Step 5
Roll dough into teaspoon-sized balls and drop into the cinnamon mixture, rolling around to evenly coat.
Step 6
Place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet about two inches apart and bake for 9 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a baking rack.
Step 8
If you do not have a baking rack, you can simply slide the parchment paper off the cookie sheet - with the cookies still on it - directly onto your counter and allow them to cool there.
