Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the cinnamon rolls in a greased pan and bake them according to the package directions. Let them cool completely.
Step 2
Cut the cinnamon rolls into 1-inch pieces and place them in a large bowl. Add the chopped pecans and mix together.
Step 3
In a medium bowl whisk together ½ cup milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture over the cinnamon rolls and stir to coat. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes to soak up some of the liquid.
Step 4
Pour the cinnamon roll mixture into a greased 8x8-inch pan.
Step 5
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the center is set.
Step 6
In a small bowl add the powdered sugar. Whisk in the remaining milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the icing is a drizzling consistency.
Step 7
Drizzle the icing over the bread pudding. Serve warm.
